Property Overview
MDC brokered the sale of a 2.25-acre site in Westchester, which had been used as a church, to a developer. MDC remained on board as a member of the LLC that subsequently developed a two-story 40,000 sq.ft. office building on the property. Chicago Title subsequently leased space in the building along with three other tenants. The partners sold the building in early 2006.
