Property Overview
This is a 16,000 sq.ft. retail and office building that MDC and its partners purchased from Superior Bank in 1996. MDC leased the front portion of the building back to the bank (subsequently taken over by Charter One Bank), completely renovated the balance of the two-story office portion of the building and leased it to five office tenants. MDC sold the building in 2005.
