Marc Cella founded MDC Properties, Inc., over 20 years ago to provide real estate development services in suburban Chicago. He is a veteran of the Chicago real estate business with over 30 years of experience including positions with three major commercial developers.
 
Mr. Cella’s primary areas of expertise lie in envisioning real estate development opportunities and then following through to secure and coordinate the developments.
 
He has a master’s degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois and has been involved in the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
