MDC and its partner were a 2009 finalist for Developer of the Year at the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards Dinner sponsored by the Greater Chicagoland Food Depository. In July, 2009, Environmental Design & Construction Magazine named it as the overall winner of its annual Excellence in Design Awards competition in the Commercial category.
